Delicious and nutritious
- Hi, my name is Carina. I'm from Vienna and I founded my foodblog cleaneating_carry 1,5 years ago. My journey started approximately 4 years ago when I decided to change my life. I was not really interested in healthy food or sports back then. But at some point of my life I realized this kind of lifestyle doesn't make me happy any more. So I changed it. I stopped eating sugar (except for fruits or very dark chocolate), started to cook (I cook everyday), started going to the gym (still on that track! Love it!) and started my food blog on insta 1,5 years ago. My blog is all about healthy, sugar-free foodies. Although I'm not a vegan or vegetarian most of my recipes are since I'm eating very less meat. I don't eat beef or pork at all for example. With my blog I wanna show people that healthy food is delish, mouthwatering and comes with lots of amazing benefits. I wanna show my followers how easy healthy snacks are prepared, how delish and healthy pasta or pizza could be by using whole wheat flour and fresh ingredients and what I eat before and after sports. I am very much into the clean eating concept. Clean eating means to consume more whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains and healthy fats, instead of highly processed food, sweets or fast food. Clean eating does not mean to eat less, but to eat the right things. Good food - good mood :) With my Insta account I hope to inspire people to try out more healthy foods and meals. Since I'm a very creative person I love to create new recipes and meals.
80 g almonds
20 g sunflower seeds
1 tsp almond butter
1 tsp coconut flakes
a pinch of cinnamon
freeze-dried raspberries for the and extra nut butter for the topping
Cut dates. In a mixer pulverize nuts and seeds. Add half of the dates and mix again. Add now the other dates one by one, nut butter, coconut flakes and cinnamon. Mix everything until smooth. With your hands form lil balls and cover them with pulverized freeze-dried raspberries. Dip your Energy Balls into some nut butter and enjoy
